Trio Freiklang

Music from the moment

The music of Trio Freiklang is unique at every performance. This is because it comes into being in the very moment it is played. The musicians improvise without fixed songs and without prior arrangements. They play and express feelings that are alive in them, listen to one another, inspire themseves and follow spontaneous impulses. The listeners experience how a composition is created in real time. One name for it is intuitive music.

Even if the listeners may not hear the difference right away - this kind of music is special:

Here the musicians do not reproduce, but create anew, out of the moment. Even the musicians do not know what will happen in the next second. This requires high attention, because one's own playing, one's own impulses are constantly inspired and influenced by the playing of others.

The atmosphere of the room and the vibration of the audience help to shape the music. It all flows together surprisingly easy. The improvisations are usually melodic, rhythmic and harmonic.
